Ambient heat off. The rocket uses SNOW(C-4) as fuel as other explosives caused a wierd effect with the way the fire flowed out. It uses ICE(SING) as an explosive which automatically explodes when hitting anything hotter than 0 degrees C (or 273.2 kelvin)

You've obviously never heard of the Russian N-1 incident, where the prototype rocket exploded, creating the wasteland that is now known as "Siberia", imploding deuterium storage cells all over the planet and increasing the average earth temperature by two hundred degrees. -
