Serious Disasters Part-8 by HapyMetal
This one is about the Nedelin Rocket Explosion, happened on Oct.24th.1960. in the USSR. Safety procedures where ignored as they rushed to launch in time, so that a short circuit was able to blow the rocket up in a fireball.

There is a reason why they build bunkers at launch sites, and actually everyone hides in them hours before launch. And the people who do not hide - well, let's call this survival of the fittest. A bit harsh, but this is the fault of those people. -
