there is a command block mod copy and paste this command: tpt.getscript(1, "autorun.lua", 1) hit yes then go to the lua tab go to online at the top left it has a list of mods slect command block then done boom you have command blocks

About viruses, before to download the save a dialog could appear telling you that the save asks for the permission to run privileged commands. About the space taken by storing the commands into the save, you have to write a lot to make the save to be 1MB, or you just could put your commands into pastebin and link it in the command material, that wouldn't work offline tho. Or an entirely new programming language could be created to try avoiding viruses lol.
