    Theoretically, if we a mirror on the moon (on the moon because its tidally locked, that means one side always faces earth) we can indeed watch a instant replay of events, 2-3 seconds after the event.

    i'ts not about lasers, just the idea that light (the image) that left earth in the past could still be being directed at us by a black hole configuration shown. Would need a heck of a lot of magnification to see anything useful though.
