If we ARE a parasite. What would make us any different from them? Any animal who doesn't belong in the environment they're put in will eventually die. They wil die because all of the resources they use will be gone and the Earth will find a way to kill us off. We are so insignificant to the Earth that none of this has even happened yet. Our population has sky-rocketed to a staggering 7.5 billion individuals.
@agent420, with all do respect https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXUhfoUJjuQ Let that sink in for a moment. What I am about to tell you may shock you. Do you know what a rabbit is; a lamprey; what about a poison-dart frog? The relationship between these seemingly non-related animals is that they are all called invasive species.
this is the arrogance of man
so yes, our pale blue dot is infested with a parasite that is able to describe what he is, and how he is wrong, but goes on not caring.
we even go as far as to claim that we are perfect, created by some "divine" force. this is the arrogance of man, and to continue these ideologies WILL result in the death of everything we have ever known.
the deaths of millions of people who would die from an uprising against these selfish monsters would be justified. who are we to cause the extinction of a fellow life form? or to think that we are special in any way to that we have harmed
no, all of us are responsible. we sat back, and did nothing. evil men triumph when good men do nothing.
Don't hate them, hate the people who take advantage of power and made sure we still have no alternative to gas
it was 114f (59.3C) today... i truly hate my parasitic species
