This is incredible.. I really hope it doesn't get removed from FP. Personally I've really enjoyed the recent influx of art saves to TPT. Not all of them are as good as this one, not all city saves are as good as a lot of FoxEntertainments work for example, but the great ones like this are only possible when people have the confidence to post art without fear of having it removed. Thank you to the mods for being more forgiving of art recently, TPT really feels more diverce because of it. -

@VIP84 love GTAV, love this art :D @AngularTag752 it is deco art if the art uses only deco layer and you cant see the art if you take off the deco layer, if you take the deco layer off its only dmnd; -

It's not technically "Deco Only" unless you only have a solid block of nothing covering the whole screen and it is deco'd. However this art actually uses shapes to plot out what it looks like. (AND DON'T DOWNVOTE JUST BECAUSE IT ISN'T FUNCTIONAL. IT'S NOT LIKE ANY OF YOU COULD MAKE ART YOURSELVES.) -
