This is the abandoned Energia launch vehicle with the Buran spaceplane attached. Produced by the Soviet Union in 1984, it was designed to surpass the NASA Space Shuttle, they thought it was a military weapon. The Buran program lasted from 1974 to 1993.

    @DayTimer256 But it's spelled like Energia, not Energy. It's the Energia super-heavy lift launch vehicle, not the Energy super-heavy lift launch vehicle.
