Once, there was a city. It was constructed long ago by an ancient race of being from beyond time. This city was abandoned long ago, and it is maintained by machines, as if waiting for the creators to return.

    Actually the idea is that these guys use vaccum energy, the visible deut things are just giant capacitors.

    boi, we only used nuclear energy 40 years ago, so somehow these ancient guys have light energy? you cant exactly store lightning you know? you can store electricity but not lightning
