    in real life, overheating is damergous because it can distort the barrel badly damaging it. plus if the gun is overheated it has a chance of causing a round to go off in the chamber or barrel and blowing the gun up causing backfire!

    50 BMG??, dude, firing 50 BMG that quickely will overheat the gun! why do you think sniper rifles or 50 cal guns can carry them? because their designed to withstand the expelled gases of a Browning round. minigun barrels are far too thin and small to survive BMG overheat's
