    The turbines shouldn't be in cooling towers. Cooling towers are used to cool down the steam. Steam goes to turbines first, then steam cools to water by the cooling tower, goes back to the steam generator. By the way, you should add 1 or 2 steam generators, they are a little smaller than the reactor.

    And CRMC under 256 pressure. It can reach about 5200 C, so you can fuse NBLE into CO2.

    CRMC can reach more than 2000 C, so you can fuse HYGN into NBLE.
