  This time, i decide to investigate the lower Areas of the Hospital.

  I Return to base and decide to Refuel the Chopper with Diesel, then i Decide to go back to the Hospital since i didn't fully Explore that Area.

  The flashing light is actually a glow. There's a big difference there, and it's very important in this situation. When you get close to the glow, you see that it's a vast wasteland, coated in a vile substance. It steams, and radiates a vibrant green light.

  After finishing the Repairs, i decide to Get back into the Chopper since the Horde has been Repelled, i decide to go to the North, i think the Flashing light was a Radio station.
