Seen with a HC-01 supporting. The next generation in MBT design, featuring a hull only setup with armour angled for excellent deflection. The tank has a very low profile and can take a beating. Give me suggestions for more tanks or stuff in general :)

Loving the discussion guys. @tails, I understand your argument, however, let's say I rejig some stuff and throw the engine at the back of the tank and the driver where the engine is, the drivers compartment could only take that 1 or 2 hits, and then be disabled when the driver gets hit. In either situation the tank becomes immovable.

The T-90 must have the first visual, else this MBT could take out the T-90 with the same idea. Sure, the turret can turn, but they still need to spot the LTV-20 before it fires again or moves to another position.
-
Tails, you say that but there are a few problems with your scenario. The lower plate may be weaker, but that's not necessarily a problem anymore. Many tanks, especially the Abrams, use composite armor which is very effective. This tank has that.

I still love your designs regardless of how effective it is, this just shows growth for you and that makes it even better than just the simplistic replicated tank on P.T. +1 keep it up

hell even a t90 wouldnt have a problem with knocking this tank out if it's never hit. all it needs to do is track this boy and this fish is fried!
-
ill tell you this matty, veteran tank crew find it always a good idea to hit the lower glacis of frontal armor, especially because it might be thinner/flat and a source of knocking out the driver or damaging the transmission which affects the tank turning. since you have an engine there, the "MBT" looks really bad if it's position is blown or engaging head on. one or 2 shots to the flat glacier renders this tank useless against quick MBTs with powerful guns.
-
Very good, but it think you should angle front plate of TD. +1

Awesome work! Just thought you should know that without a turret with 360 degrees of motion, it would be an SPG or tank destroyer. Incredible AFV regardless.

Also, I'll 100% give you the flat armour argument, I've done that with a few of my tanks and really dont know why. Currently designing a more conventional one with none of that flatness, may give this a nose job too

@Gnaeus gunna base my figures off of the Swedish 103, since they're similar. That can get to 37mph on road, which is only 8mph slower than the Abrams, which isn't too bad
