I made a computer again. It can do a lot of stuff the previous one couldn't and still can't do a lot of stuff I'd like it to be able to do. It definitely can solve quadratic equations. Check the relevant forum thread too. And try tpt.setfpscap(2)!

    The roots of x^2-x-12 are indeed -3 and 4, I don't see where the problem is. Also I have no idea what cross multiplication is.

    i gave it A=1, B=-1, C=-12, and the result was X1=-3, X2=4.

    You don't have to get them to work, they just work. Here's an example setup: id:2305316. If they don't work despite having them in a similar setup, you may have rotated them (don't do that, that's why there are four different ankles for the four different cases you might need), or enabled Heat Simulation (which in fact affects the R2 rather than the ankles, but still gives the overall impression of not working).
