    Sane weaknesses as before, you just hit it with a gravity assisted proton bomb before. The protons that hit change the temp to 256 counteracting the effect of the -256 stuff and attracting more protons for the degeneation.

    Probably Grade D due to the proton degeneration issue, without that it's actualy fairly strong, although it's penetration resistance isn't great
