this appears to be rather huge, and I do not trust it's numbers, but it is supposed to be 50/50 with 50% bit flip rate because BMTL actually uses a 1/2 chance (just a proof of concept)

that already is used in mark2222's rng, there is no reason to make that again, and I don't think you can achieve very good numbers with CLNE.
