You can create NEUT with Polonium or Plutonium, PHOT and PROT, ELEC you can create at VIBR reaction at entropy of heat or any valuable energy :D -

The deut reactor is my favourite, would be even better if it had an "ammo belt" of compressed deut capsules, could run for 20x as long that way, with a visual indicator of fuel time remaining. -
