I have spent a while off and on working on a practical use of the (Now old-ish) Refridgerant element. Using the optimal amount of coolant it can cool to ~-32C. I have plans for revisting. I'll answer questions in the comments since I am out of space. :(

    the air has heat tho the heat from the refridgerator gets passed on into the cooler air outside then bam u get yourself coolness

    Thanks LBP for your response! I greatly respect your work! I especially liked the R216K2A as it was resonably fast and compatible with peripherals and standard interfaces!
