lol I hate hearing my voice. I think he deleted, because it is possible find unpublished saves and if I can't find something it aint there.

The grave is long outdated. It seems that he decided to quit TPT and unpublish(but not delete) all his saves. The comments in save,ID:2263589, is a hint of his mental situation. Hopefully he is still alright.
