My military is trained in rough conditions too aswell is armed with modern weaponry, we shouldn't have much of a problem fighting to the death. -

Basically like the Japanese in ww2. So make sure to NOT fall into a battle of attrition with him, because his men will fight on even when their stomachs shrivel up
