    Hmmm, Dismiss the recent cavalry temporarily, train teh horses for war, expose them to explosive sounds and gunfire, make sure they get used to it

    Your troops are trained, but your officers do not agree with their ages. And your army begins to take in civilian horses due to the lack of proper ones
