    magnetman33 When starting the reactor, all the neutrons are fast. But It seems like some neutrons from the fission process are slower then their parent neutrons. The slow ones breed more then the fast ones, and after a few minutes most neutrons are slow. But if all fission neutrons where fast and a better moderator was added, it would probably be more ralistic.

    Also it's fun to set the POLO's tmp to something like -500, it lasts so long like that, over an hour easily

    Yeah, I noticed slow neutrons are more likely to fisson PLUT. So I guess same goes for POLO. And I agree, a better moderator would be nice, probably graphite.
