    Umm The non-restricting part is where your scientists are having difficulty. To power the suit, heavy power cells are needed, the material of the suit itself needs to be bullet resistant, and thus is metallic and heavy, the suit also needs to match the human range of movement at a certain speed so as to not rip the user's arm off if he tries to reach for something.
