Umm Well, the shield only manifests with the help of the artifact, so you would have to take the artifact with you in the tank to produce such a shield. But the artifacts power allows it to create light shields of immense size and width, sometimes spanning the length of an entire town. -

A giant mirror that convexes down to a single point, it will be made so that all light that hits the mirror from one direction will be outputted through the other side in a concentrated beam. Potentially, sunlight could allow this weapon to incinerate targets at medium to long range.
