Also once the plague has subsided send 30,000 troops, and all the avalable cavalry up north and begin the mass construction of infrastructure and ports and prepare the troops for them to be able to be effective against guerilla warfare, and lets give them all a new supportive company of field medics on the front lines and a dressing station a few miles behind said frontlines to inrease troop survival rates -
