    NuttyMcNuttzz Bombs, yes, flamethrowers, you've had them for a while. Helicopters, still need to acquire suitable level of advanced machinery to control and fly a helicopter, much less make one

    Make everyone aware and tell them to be careful around any food that they don't know the origin of, tell them aslong as they don't act stupid and follow all orders there is no alarm, and establish a more effective quaratine with soldiers, about 10k to cover the length should be effective

    Umm Your authorities are enacting the quarantine, but several vehicles and individuals are bypassing the roadblocks and perimeters simply because they have not noticed the quarantine. As a matter of fact the majority of your population is unaware that any sort of plague is even going on.
