Oh, well, then research better weapons or some way to improve combat weaponry and armor. Create recruitment centers in major cities. Have troops be enlisted immidiately with normal training. Have all enlisted troops conduct regular combat excersices and chess tournaments. Education system now consists of: Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary, and Final. Final education is just reinforcing their minds for life and a follow up of military training. Medicine practice is included in lessons. -
