    and order the construction of barracks, 2 of em, and try to convince them it's for nothing (on the empires border, and the empire itself)

    also eric, I'd recomend you expanding your army, not the navy seen as you are almost alone on that continent

    Well don't use the soldiers to build it, use the settlers. Bring more over if you have to. I train 1 000 troops in the forest

    The wall is constantly attacked by wolf packs, you lose 100 soldiers to the frequent raids, the wolves take very few casualties due to the fact that they attack when the construction is in progress and soldiers are busy building
