The trenches are being dug but the diggers are suffering heavy casualties due to cannon and musket fire. The encirclement is being maintained (btw you do realise the 10k stack what is actualy 9k is defending the city). The enemy thus far is still in great shape and the city doesn't appear to be running out of food, they either are self sufficient, have a connection to the outside lands or have enough food to last them a while. -

And have my southern fleet sail for the western side of the land bridge to destroy the 10 enemy ships present. It's a long journey I know, have them resupply at Alienoverlord's islands if he allows them to. -
MinecraftTranquility 3rd Aug 2019Well, continue the trench digging. Meanwhile I want a tunnel to be dug beneath the capital, the trenches should serve as a distraction of sorts. Keep the enemy boxed in with the walls and prevent them from communicating with their army or recieving supplies. As for the majority of the army not digging or manning artillery, station them along the wall. We can perhaps starve the enemy out.

Umm 3rd Aug 2019MT, the problem isn't entirely because it's a ditch, the problem is that you have flooded it with boulders. Also there is another problem with the trenches, they would have to be dug vertically
