Umm Well I don't mean bring in thousands of experts. Just bring around a few dozen architects and engineers to help with building war machines.

In the south, bring up as many artillery pieces as possible, begin lobbing low velocity-short range stones weighing around 90-100 pounds. Barrage the minefields in a methodical manner, cover each section and trigger as many mines as possible while the rest of the army defends the artillery with small arms.

Use the remaining ships left in the north to set up a continuous supply stream, I want weapons, siege equipment, food, and engineers/technical experts shipped over to the besieging troops.

She is being brought to the frontlines, take note that you won't have much more of a supply uphand than them because you are going to have to bring a LOT of supplies in there, both in terms of manpower, food, equipment etc etc
