Mobilize the northern fleet, load 30000 troops onto the ships. The fleet is to sail west and land just north of the enemy capital, once unloaded, the army will hard march for the enemy capital.

Your troops have tried to infiltrate but the fortificaton line is too properly built and the "minefield" they have set up has already claimbed countless men, not to talk about the gunfire they have thrown at them
We are not going to attack as one giant force, but as several tiny harassment squads. The platoons are to group up whenever necessary to accomplish a task. Have them raid towns and any settlements of note, have them harass the enemy lines by starting fires, poisoning food/water, hit-and-run attacks, ambushes, ranged volleys, and stealing enemy supplies too.
Alright, send the army in, but HOLD BACK the cavalry. As for the infantry, split up the army into numerous tiny platoons of guerilla fighters.
