  The fee of 5 gold per year has been put to place and has encouraged the lower classes of your country to not enroll their children into the education system usually and is an unpopular desision, altho you have been able to get a small amount of income boost

  MT, the plans to extend the railroad even more west have been suggested before but the problem is bridges again. Your secret service is working on rooting out the blues spies but the problem is that you don't know who is one and who isn't, each and every one of your people could be a sleeper agent for all you know, but you have found out a few lower level military leaders who are a part of their spy network and you are misleading them.

  Devote 90% of my secret service efforts into finding these blue spies, when they are found, do not spook them or attempt to arrest them. I want my agents to simply feed the spies useless or out of date information. And begin developing a top secret meeting facility where I can attend councils to discuss important matters with my generals and politicians.

  Extend the western railroad to lead up the lowland region and touch Nutty's border territory, build a sizable station at the end of it, with an open-ended railroad to connect with Nutty's railroads.
