  MT, the canal construction has begun. Altho prospectors are intrested in going to the east they don't have enough of a reason to do so due to the lack of demand as they already extract too much, but a few novices are setting up mines there. Your economy is still steadily growing and is healthy, and most of your citizens are working class and are quite hard working

  And to make the miner guilds more willing to set up in the mountains, have my 2 divisions in the highlands station a small portion of soldiers at each and every mining site for protection.

  Open up my western highland district for further mining business. Give prospectors bonus tax reduction if their mines yield more than 20000 pounds of ore and minerals per month. And can I get a status update on my economy? How are my citizens doing in terms of productivity and wealth?
