  MT, basically you need more people to supply a bigger army so yes, you need more people. Research into more modern medicine is being conducted and field surgery is being tested. Human anatomy is being researched. Food "sanitation" ( i got no better way to put it) is being looked into. Women are being implimented into the primary workforce

  Umm Sooo... I need more people? If that is the case then invest 50% research into the field of medicine. Work on developing new treatments for certain afflictions/diseases and experiment with field surgery so my troops can have a lower wounded death rate.
