    MT, a 250 foot canal will be quite a expense but will be a useful tool for you and your empire to get from one side to the other quickly and will increase trade income

    Dragon, future factories will be built further from the cities. The police force as of now doesn't exist so would you like it made and if so how. You currently don't know what gunpowder is nor how to make thus semiautomatic guns are impossible (unless you research everything required and get the stuff needed, for example MT has sulfur) and 1k troops are being trained
