  Alien, if you want to be noticed don't spam 2 messages, make 1 message containing multiple orders what makes it more easily noticeable. Your reserach of steel is going decent altho you lack the materials to make steel that isn't either too brittle or too weak, altho your scientists have been able to produce small amounts of useable steel but the production is going slow due to basically hoping the steel is good enough
