    Not selling food, selling other things that the people need, unlike Wal-Mart, which sells food along with the other stuff, also, ask any one of us Americans, Wal-Mart has the best stuff for the lowest prices ( though some stuff is too expensive for my parents ).

    For all I know they are the most expensive stores, but your people aren't really intrested in going to a store to buy stuff, and having stores at this stage would mean a lot of food going to waste
