  MT, the peace deal has been signed and most of their land returned and your troops have pulled back to their borders. Electrical engines have been researched but are weak as of now. Training 1 million more men to server would end up crippling your economy as in the chance that you go to war your troops would need reiencforcements and supplies, all what require manpower. The troops can't garrison the forts effectively because they are in large part facing away from the borders against Nutty
