    Begin construction of 50 ships in the north, and 20 in the south. Combine all divisions of 1000 into a single 5000 strong unit, and begin training another 5000 division to join it. Send expeditions into the western highlands and the eastern desert. Just to map and navigate the area, and look for any valuable resources.
