    Have my men in the surrounded province fortify the wall with steel rods and mount them with artillery cannons and add sniper and riflemen ports inside the wall below the upper deck

    Begin researching electrically powered engines if I haven't done so already. And begin training of a further 100000 troops. Send an offer of official political alliance to the Dark Blue nation. Redirect all mainland forces northward and westward.
