    Tell the jungle divisions to just sit tight. Send out patrols with 3 times the amount of men per group. And keep patrols within 4 miles of each other.

    Alright, outfit the horses with light chainmail armor. And train 1000 specialized heavy cavalry with these horses. As for the soldiers mounted on them, outfit the knights with this new heavy alloy of iron and obsidian. Just replicate the standard lorica armor with the new alloy.
