MT, 200,000 troops are prepairing for the journey to the yopan coast. The white nation has respectfully declined your offer. Another 100k troops are being sent out. Most of nuttys reforms are being matched (exception of ship cannons in particular) and electrical engines are being developed. -

Umm 9th Sep 2019Nutty, a delegation has been sent and the Yopan lands have been returned to them, also they are your colony now effectively. Toxic gasses and gas masks are under research and new caliber ship turrets are being tested and implimented. New HE shells are being looked into. New artillery cannons have been researched with longer barrels and more of everything in general. Diesel engines are being looked into but due to the large lack of any oil your scientists have to import from other countries.
