  400 soldiers have been trained up, but you lack the logistics to go through such thick forest with such a amount of soldiers so they are currently holding back

  Alright, I updated the map, the semicolored lands are the places your ships couldn't land, there are most likely more lands like this what your ship couldn't reach or didn't know of natives, there may be a nation there

  As for Nutty, your ship doesn't have the greatest of range nor speed, what causes it to only either find more of the same depressing lands as your homelands to the east, and a lot of dense forests along the eastern shores from where they couldn't dock due to there being people who aren't exactly fond of outsiders

  Your economy isn't doing bad, but not good either due to the lacklusterness of the lands you own, 800 troops won't be a problem even if trained all at once but the weaponary will because your blacksmiths aren't experienced nor compedent enough to mass produce weapons, and your citizens aren't fond of giving away their farm equipment, but 300 soldiers are being trained with semi-proper equipment for most
