  Basically I want our hard labor force and business owner class to be more rewarded for their efforts. The more revenue they collectively output, the better their life will get.

  Time for some labor reforms. I want wages lowered for all non-physical labor jobs (office jobs, accounting, law, teaching, etc.) and to make up for lowered pay, have all those worker homes be slightly upgraded and improved in living conditions. Increase wages for the physical labor class (construction, mining, soldiers, etc.). Reduce taxes for upper class businessmen, create more incentive for youths to build brand empires.

  You do, but the primary acricultural disterict is in the west, and the ports in the east aren't capalbe enough to handle the throughput, not to talk about the ports you have in dragons lands

  New wages have been introduced mostly cutting from the government funds. Food production has been increased but the problem isn't entirely that, it's the lack of food transportation and the speed of it
