  Nutty, the current minimum wage is about 5 euros an hour (6 ish dollars). The vacation times have been increased but due to the work hours have also gotten increased by an hour it's basically impossible to match them both out in an equalibrium, and people don't care that they get longer vacations, they want more time with their family at their home every day
