  MT, such a recruitment would put 1/33rd of your nations population as a military service member, in the span of 5 years your population is prognosed to grow 5 million, such a recruitment would be a rather far spanning effort not to talk about even the strain it would put on your economy to supply such a amount of active service men who all need a salary aswell.

  Nutty, Yopa does have a capital. Your ports have been upgraded, however sending another 100k troops to Yopa would result in SEVERE lack of resources and could make your army weak enough to be destroyed by theirs
