    I want to begin a large scale military project. 1000000 troops are to be raised over a long period of time. I want it done gradually, with 10000 troops completed at a constant but manageable rate for my country's economy. The 1000000 is to be split into 2 parts. 500k will be raised on the mainland, and 500k will be raised in the colonies to the east.

    Wait a minute, why does YOPA not have a capital? Also update all my ports to house triple the amount of ships they currently hold. Once the 100 000 troops are finished grading, send them over to Yopa. Also how goes the infrastructure in my nation?
