    Well I don't really care if he occupies the land, as long as he is active every day or so. I won't allow him to occupy it if he shows up once a week

    lucasvstBR You'd better work on finding some valuable resource/commodity or service to provide Nutty with. Personally I have no problem with your occupation of MY side of the land, but Nutty has a claim to the OTHER side which I can't revoke, it's up to you to convince him into giving up the land.
