Plans to remake your capital are in motion and 100,000 new troops are being gathered and trained in the south

Umm 30th Aug 2019Also update on the hurricane, it's somehow getting even stronger and more devastating however it's beggining to show an end altho it doesn't seem like to move in any large part at all, almost as if it is controlled or summoned but is getting less massive but more powerful
