    Have my remaining 10000 on the smaller island load onto 20 ships with as much supplies as possible. They are to sal south and land on the green empire's coast, further orders will follow.

    Build 200 new ships if possible. And train 20 000 troops. Have my men in the far East colony expand North and allow the workers and their families free trips from the colony to the mainland with reduced taxes and increased pay due to the inconvenience of their situation
