    I spend half of my budget in creating railway lines across my nation, connecting cities and major population points. The other half goes to developing the fishing industry on the east side of the nation.

    Riohel Some suspects have been identified, but none can be proven to be involved. There is also the fact almost 2 tons worth of armor has disappeared, which means that more than one individual was involved.
